Bruckner is a Hollywood California native born to the Hungarian as well as a Russian father, who separated from their mother earlier in life she was raised by an German paternal grandparent. The daughter is of Budapest-born parents who came to Hungary. The family immigrated to U.S.A. via Italian refugee camp in 1984. She has two siblings and a younger brother.
